Our commitment

Robbie’s of Islamorada wants everyone to be able to plan a visit, book a trip and find what they need on this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.

Standard we follow

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Every page is checked with automated accessibility testing, keyboard-only navigation and small-screen (320 px) reflow tests, and we fix issues as we find them.

What we have done

  • Every page can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a “Skip to main content” link.
  • Images have text alternatives, form fields have labels, and headings follow a logical order.
  • Text meets AA colour contrast, and pages work without sideways scrolling at 400% zoom.
  • Videos never autoplay with sound; looping background videos have a pause button, and we respect your device’s reduced-motion setting.
